Download Instructions

Click on the item you are intetested in to reveal a description and download links. Simply click on the pdf articles to open them in your web browser from which they can be printed or read on the screen. If they do not open download the free adobe acrobat pdf reader. Please download the mp3 files to your computer by right-clicking (CTRL-click on Macs) on the filename and selecting 'save (target) as'. You will then be prompted to the select a location (e.g. your desktop or music folder) to save the file to. You can save the pdfs as well in this manner if you wish. Once downloaded, simply click the file to open it in your music player from which can also sync it with your portable mp3 player or phone.
