The files are text (.pdf), audio (.mp3) and video (.mp4 or .wmv). Windows can play both .wmv and .mp4 files.
To download Right-Click (CTRL-click on Macs) the file name and and 'Save (Target) As' then select a place on your computer to save the file to such as the desktop. Once downloaded click on the file to open/play it.
iTunes Users: you can download these files directly into iTunes from Story's podcast (here) or by searching the iTunes Store for 'Story Waters' and then looking under podcasts in the search results. Videos will generally appear under spiritual TV Shows within iTunes and on your iPod/iPhone (or occassionaly under movies).
